Civaptic was founded by a 20-year veteran of municipal software with experience spanning companies like CentralSquare, MUNIvers, and Streetlogix. That career revealed a persistent gap in the market: municipalities were choosing between platforms that hadn't kept pace with modern expectations and enterprise solutions that took years to implement.
